We're Number 62!

We're number 62!. We signed the purchase and sale agreement on March 24th and reserved Spot 62 for our Copurnicus. Because 64 was by a bus stop, we decided against it. Plus, we're close to a green belt, are in a cul-de-sac, and have a longer driveway!

The Copernicus

We chose the Copernicus as the model that we're having built as it seems to meet our needs the best. Its a 3 bedroom + Loft and has about 2400 square feet of space. We especially liked the extremely large kitchen and owners suite that extends into a large master bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower.

The exterior of the house also appealed to us as it has a very appealing mod-craftsman asthetic and lots of interesting architectural elements throughout the home. We plan to build the finish in the color scheme and rockwork pictured here:
